Send a written cancellation request through the customer workspace, the agreed project contact channel or the contact form, identifying the project and desired date. We confirm receipt, the effective date and a settlement breakdown. A submitted enquiry can be withdrawn without a project cancellation fee because it is not an order.
For a cancelled project, settlement reflects the accepted proposal, documented work actually performed, delivered/accepted materials and expressly approved nonrecoverable third-party costs. Amounts paid are credited against the properly due sum; any unused refundable balance is returned by an agreed traceable method after reconciliation. A deposit is not automatically forfeited and no blanket no-refund rule applies. We explain disputed deductions and do not charge twice for the same work.
The proposal specifies notice and effective dates for recurring care and treatment of any prepaid period; there is no automatic card subscription here. Before service ends, agree export timing, domain/account control and migration responsibilities. We retain only information required for lawful records, security, unresolved claims or applicable backup cycles. Blocking access does not transfer ownership to Venoxis.
Our standard services target businesses. If a customer legally qualifies as a consumer, applicable statutory withdrawal, refund, warranty and dispute rights override conflicting terms; work-start consent and any loss of withdrawal rights must satisfy the relevant law separately. Turkish law is the default subject to those mandatory protections and valid project terms. Request resolution from the provider first; competent authorities/courts remain available.
