Necessary operation
The first-party session cookie (the configured application-session name, normally venoxis-session) maintains secure sessions and temporary form state. XSRF-TOKEN protects form requests where used. Their lifetime follows the configured session limit, normally 120 minutes of inactivity. Invited users can explicitly request a remember-me cookie; its name is generated for the account guard and its lifetime is controlled by the authentication configuration. Necessary security storage is not an advertising choice.
Requested preferences
venoxis-theme and venoxis-motion in local storage remember theme and motion choices; venoxis-panel-language (local storage) / venoxis-panel-locale (cookie) stores the selected account-interface language in browser storage and in a first-party cookie for up to one year. These preferences are used to deliver the settings you request, not to profile or advertise. Local-storage values remain until you clear or change them.
Your choice record
venoxis-cookie-choice-v1 is first-party local storage containing the notice version, your accept/reject/save choice and its date. The choice is valid for up to 180 days before being requested again. This small record avoids repeatedly asking and does not identify you to an advertising provider. Cookie settings in the footer let you change the choice at any time.
No optional trackers at launch
No advertising pixels, analytics scripts, cross-site tracking or automatic third-party media embeds are installed. Accept and reject therefore both leave only necessary operation and requested preferences active. Acceptance does not authorize unlisted future tracking. Before introducing optional services, we will update the inventory, identify purposes/providers/lifetimes and obtain any required prior granular consent.
Browser controls
You may delete or block cookies and local storage using your browser. Blocking necessary sessions can prevent sign-in or form protection from working. External links take you to services with their own policies; merely displaying a normal link does not install that service’s tracker. Cookie choices are separate from privacy rights and service contracts.
