03 / ONGOING CARE

A partner beyond launch day.

Managed hosting and upkeep are part of a Venoxis website engagement so the essential technical work has an owner.

VENOXIS / CARE

From first idea to the next update

A website needs attention after its launch. The proposed care arrangement keeps hosting, certificates, routine updates, planned backups and a defined support route together with the original Venoxis project. The goal is a clear owner for the essential technical work, not another collection of disconnected services for your team to coordinate.

We document what is included, when support is available and which content or design changes require a separate quote. Domain registration and renewal, third-party accounts and licences are identified explicitly. A proposed agreed backup schedule also needs storage, retention and restoration responsibilities; creating a backup alone does not demonstrate that recovery will succeed.

Before live service, the written proposal should set the billing cycle, start date, renewal, cancellation and handover process. These details protect a practical working relationship and make the next step clear if your needs change.

  • Managed hosting and routine upkeep.
  • Backup schedule agreed in the proposal.
  • Clear support boundaries agreed before launch.
  • One defined place to raise technical issues.
  • Documented scope for updates, backups and restoration.
  • Clear renewal and exit responsibilities.
